Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is charged on all orders across Pakistan.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Meshay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the package and products to process your claim.
